I'm Justin Belmont — I was born and raised in NYC, got my MBA at Columbia, and I've lived all over the city from the Upper West Side to Tribeca to Brooklyn.

Unlike most agents, I have years of experience buying, renovating, and renting out properties in New York. I've dealt with co-op boards, building assessments, and contractors. That hands-on knowledge gives my clients a unique advantage.
